What is included in the price of each model?
The displayed prices include the structure, materials and full assembly:
Structural frame — prefabricated exterior and interior walls in KVH C24 timber, dual-pitch trusses (Mitek system), base plate, ring beams, metal connectors and Eurocode 5 design.
Thermal insulation — rock wool (150 mm ext. / 100 mm int. / 300 mm ceiling), vapour barrier and anti-condensation membrane.
Exterior thermal system — Rockwool Frontrock 100 mm + decorative render.
PVC joinery — Salamander 76 mm, 6 chambers, triple glazing, MACO hardware.
Roof covering — Bilka metal tiles, matt anthracite finish, 15-year warranty, rainwater system included.
Soffit cladding — spruce 19 mm.
Full assembly — own team, transport, daily allowances and accommodation included.
Not included: foundation, material transport to site, 2.5-tonne crane for unloading (approx. 1 day), scaffolding hire (if needed), plumbing, electrical, heating installations and interior finishes.
