At Logicassa, every wooden house starts from a tested and optimised model that you can adapt to your needs. We build on certified KVH C24 timber frame, imported from Germany and Austria, with high-precision CNC processing and design compliant with Eurocode 5.

Answers to the most common questions about Logicassa models and the construction process.
The quote includes the structural frame in KVH C24 timber, optional materials (rock wool insulation, Salamander PVC joinery, exterior thermal system, metal roof tiles, protective membranes) and full assembly. It does not include the foundation, material transport, plumbing, electrical and heating installations, or interior finishes.
Yes. Each model can be customised in terms of dimensions, number of rooms and interior layout. We discuss your desired changes and provide a tailored quote. Design is compliant with Eurocode 5 and national standards.
On-site assembly takes between 15 and 25 days, depending on the model size. The prefabricated structure is produced in our modern workshop equipped with CNC machinery, and can be delivered within 30–40 days of order confirmation.
We use rock wool with thermal conductivity λD max 0.038 W/mK, distributed as follows: 150 mm on exterior walls, 100 mm on interior walls and 300 mm on the ceiling. Additionally, facades receive a Rockwool Frontrock 100 mm exterior thermal system.
Yes, we offer a warranty of up to 10 years for workmanship and materials. The Bilka metal roof tiles come with a 15-year manufacturer warranty.
Yes. We deliver and assemble anywhere in Romania. Assembly team transport, daily allowances and accommodation are included. We also carry out projects in France, Italy, Belgium and Switzerland.
