Today you can see an impressive new house, where the wooden structure was delivered and installed by Logicassa specialists.
There are no differences between the architect’s rendering and the actual construction, which means that the owners got what they wanted and expected. We thank them for their involvement and for trusting us, and we wish them to enjoy their dream home as much as possible.

In reverse chronological order, watch the transformation of the “ugly duckling” into an elegant “white swan”.
That is, an old house became (by adding a floor and completely renovating the exterior and interior) a spacious and modern home for a young family who knew from the very beginning that a wooden structure was the right solution.
Although, as a surface, it was not one of the big projects executed by Logicassa, the technical challenges were numerous due to the fact that we had to continuously adapt to the surprises that the old masonry structure had in store for us.
Many times the planning was messed up, but together with the owners we found solutions every time, so the result of the work is what you see.

Our dears, today we can present you yet another imposing structure made of C24 and GL28h certified wood, made together with close collaborators.
After looking at the pictures, you will have a strong sense of déjà vu, and for good reason – it really is very similar to one of the past achievements, from France!
